1. General Refund Terms

As a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale distributor, MC97 Online operates under strict commercial terms. Refunds are only issued for defective merchandise, shipping errors on our part, or concealed freight damage properly documented at the time of delivery.

We do not issue refunds for "buyer's remorse," overstock, or failure to sell merchandise. All wholesale purchases are considered final sale unless an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is approved.

2. Refund Process

If your RMA is approved and the returned inventory is inspected and confirmed defective, a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, we may offer an account credit or replacement inventory at our discretion.
