1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by our support team. To request an RMA, you must contact us at mc97online@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

• Defective items must be reported within 5 business days.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original, unmarked packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized non-defective returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
