Shipping & Logistics Policy

1. Fulfillment and Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary distribution center in Miami, FL. Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment confirmation.

Volume container orders or highly customized pallets may require additional processing time of up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification and tracking manifest when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We utilize a network of trusted LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight carriers for wholesale distribution. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided via a custom freight quote.

  • Small Parcels: Shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.
  • Palletized Freight: Shipped via partnered LTL carriers. Liftgate service and delivery appointments are available for an additional fee.
  • Local Pickup: Available for registered partners at our Miami warehouse. Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

3. Receiving Guidelines

Upon delivery, it is the receiving party's responsibility to:

  1. Verify the pallet count matches the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  2. Inspect the outer packaging for visible signs of damage or tampering (e.g., cut stretch wrap, crushed boxes).
  3. Note any shortages or visible damages directly on the driver's delivery receipt/BOL before signing.

Failure to note damages on the delivery receipt will result in a denial of your freight claim.
