1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MC97 Online ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://mc97online.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

This website functions strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform. By accessing the site and creating an account, you represent that you are purchasing goods for commercial resale or business use and possess a valid reseller permit or tax-exempt status in your jurisdiction.

2. Wholesale Accounts and Orders

  • Account Registration: You must complete our wholesale registration process and provide proof of business registration before viewing restricted pricing or placing orders.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All products are subject to stated MOQs. Orders failing to meet these minimums will not be processed.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing does not include shipping or applicable taxes.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for orders must be made in full before shipment unless you have established Net Terms credit with our accounting department. We accept major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and ACH payments. Late payments on Net Terms accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
